Patricia Ellis is a high energy, motivational speaker and diversity trainer. For the past 25 plus years, she has provided keynote speeches, presentations and training workshops in elementary and secondary schools, government agencies, and private organizations across the U.S. and in Europe. Her presentations are geared to expose and empower her audience and to provide both educational and cultural knowledge. Ms. Ellis presentations are research-based and delivered with honesty and in a down to earth style. They will inspire, ignite, motivate and challenge us to be all we can be.

Ms. Ellis’ was employed with the U. S. Government for 34 years which included 25 years in the law enforcement arena. Her career highlights include:

· Senior Criminal Intelligence Analyst with the Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, a graduate of the FBI Academy, Quantico, VA.
​
· Logistics Supervisor with the Department of Defense, U.S. Army.
​
· Senior Equal Opportunity Specialist (Civil Rights Investigator) with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, Dallas.
​
· Ms. Ellis is a certified EEO Counselor and Mediator, a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute.
​
· Recipient of the President’s Martin Luther King Jr. Service to America Award 2013

Ms. Ellis is the founder of Diversity Incorporated, a consultancy service that provides tools for growth and change to individuals and corporations. Diversity Inc. is an organization dedicated to in advocating for parent rights in educational services; promoting student achievement and ensuring equal access to quality education; assisting veterans in seeking and obtaining disability benefits; and college and career readiness training and mentoring. Diversity Inc.’s professional activities are guided by a deep personal sense of mission driven by the belief that service to others is the main goal.
Patricia is a Griot- Swahili for story teller- and has a passion for sharing her knowledge with others. Her motto is. "The more you read the more you know and the more you know the farther you will go"- Pass It On. She is a member of Blacks in Government (BIG), Director of Community Affairs for the Blue Zebras Women Association, and a Team Leader in the Children’s Ministry with St. John Unleashed.

Ms. Ellis hails from Oklahoma where she met and married her husband of 39 years, Otis Ellis, Jr. a retired U.S. Army veteran. Together they have 3 sons, Edward, Daniel and Otis III; and currently reside in Grand Prairie, TX.
